2012 Baseball/Softball Registration
Registration for the 2012 Youth Baseball and Softball season will begin Monday, January 30th and be held until Saturday, February 18th. For more information please visit the Athletic page and click on the Baseball or Softball tab.
Daddy-Daughter Movie Night
An event dedicated for daddy’s and their little sweethearts. The Daddy-Daughter Movie Night will be held Friday, February 10th from 7:00pm – 9:00pm at the Butts County Community Center Gym. The event will feature a showing of the New Release Movie “The Smurfs”. Admission is $6 per person which includes snacks and punch. Reservations are required by February 3rd. To reserve your spot for this special event, please call 770-775-8228 or e-mail Valerie@buttscountyrecreation.com with total number of guest that plan to attend. Admission will be accepted at the door.
2012 Winter Break Day Camp
Winter Break is right around the corner. Plan for your child to attend Winter Break Day Camp 2012! Camp will be held February 20th—February 24th from 9:00am—5:00pm. Pre-Camp will be available from 7:00am—9:00am and Post-Camp from 5:00pm—6:00pm. The fee for Winter Break Day Camp is only $60 per child and $1 per hour for pre-camp/post-camp. Pre-Registration is REQURIED. Registration will be accepted at the
Recreation Office beginning Monday, January 23rd until Monday, February 13th. A $10 deposit is required at registration. The deposit will be applied to the weekly camp fee.
2012 Annual Meeting/Hall of Fame Banquet
Our Department’s 2012 Annual Meeting/Hall of Fame Banquet will be held on Monday, March 12, 2012. The main purpose of our annual meeting is to recognize volunteers and sponsors that have reached milestones and/or made significant contributions to the community.
